		<description>I'm sorry, but I don't see the behavior you describe as being generation specific. I have worked in nonprofit visual arts organizations for a while and the behaviors you outline I have seen manifested in artists across all age groups. Many artists are demanding, selfish, immature and irresponsible (all at once). Many are professional and understand deadlines and presentation; these in my experience are fewer, but are more memorable. What bothers me, is the attitude among artists (again not generation specific) that their careers are the responsibility of someone else.</description>
