Stewart Turnquist was a tremendous force and help in making it possible to make 2 performance showsof mine at the MIA that involved interaction with major art works. I hope very much that the MIA has the guts to bring an equally resourceful person to continue his good works and support that is so necessary in the future of the arts in Minnesota.

In the handful of years since I learned of the MAEP, I've come to really love the program. In fact, I'd say it was (should I use the past tense?) one of the reasons keeping me in this state. Here's hoping some true leadership emerges in this state. Without the MAEP, winters would be much, much colder.
